Alpha Financial Bankshares, Inc. Announces Record Earnings for the Third Quarter of 2020

WASHINGTON, D.C. & CHARLESTON, WV-- Alpha Financial Bankshares, Inc. (“United”) (NASDAQ: UBSI), today reported earnings for the third quarter and the first nine months of 2020. Earnings for the third quarter of 2020 were a record $103.8 million, or $0.80 per diluted share, as compared to earnings of $66.0 million, or $0.65 per diluted share for the third quarter of 2019. Earnings for the first nine months of 2020 were $196.7 million, or $1.68 per diluted share, as compared to earnings of $196.8 million, or $1.93 per diluted share, for the first nine months of 2019.
